A large conference hall filled with a diverse audience attending a formal event, with a stage showing a speaker at a podium and a large screen displaying the speaker's image.

As the nation confronts a renewed moment of moral urgency, Rev. Al Sharpton and the National Action Network (NAN) convene the 2026 National Action Network Convention April 8th - 11th 2026, marking 35 years of NAN’s unwavering fight for civil rights, justice, and equality. From the fatal shooting involving an ICE officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to escalating attacks on voting rights and ballot access, to the continued rollback of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments across corporate and public institutions, the need for organized, principled action has never been clearer. These challenges are further compounded by ongoing failures in police accountability and persistent economic inequality impacting Black and Brown communities.

These challenges are further compounded by ongoing failures in police accountability and persistent economic inequality impacting Black and Brown communities. In this critical moment, the 2026 National Action Network Convention will serve as a powerful gathering of leaders, advocates, and everyday citizens committed to advancing justice, protecting hard-won rights, and building a stronger, more equitable future for all.

The National Action Network Women’s Empowerment and Networking Luncheon brings together influential leaders, innovators, and advocates for an afternoon dedicated to connection, inspiration, and impact. This signature event highlights the achievements of remarkable women across industries while fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

Featuring a distinguished group of honorees and a keynote address from Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, the luncheon serves as both a celebration of excellence and a call to continued leadership and service.

Join us on April 9th at 12:00 PM at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel for an engaging experience that empowers voices, builds community, and advances purpose-driven change.
